Learn how to distill with farmer Lucas in this hands on Distillation course! learn how to properly harvest the lavender plants, de bud the flowers from the lavender stems and finally to properly set up your still to make essential oil and hydrosol! When the class is finished, go home with some of the essential oil and hydrosol that you created that day!

Join local winemaker and floral designer Amber Hogan as we walk through the lavender and harvest stems for our wreaths. Next we will gather under the shade of the oak trees while Amber takes us through the steps on how to make your own 10” lavender wreath. All materials for wreath making are included in ticket price.
